Excellent customer service very happy with shopping experience.

I wanted to purchase a 2nd coffee table from Oka. How easy a task this was. From the website I quickly found what I was looking for, ordered and paid for it and 7 days later the coffee table was delivered and put in place with all the packaging removed and taken away.

OKA in Broadway - beautifully laid out rooms in an old house, very helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. We found the perfect chair for our hall and also left with details of several mirror options.

Great customer service from Justina who couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful with my request for a returns collected from my home. It was immensely refreshing and OKA is a great store. Thank you OKA and thank you Justina.

ps unfortunately the follow up is that the parcelforce was not in fact booked and I have had to chase up twice to get it sorted. Nearly so good......

My dog chewed a cushion from my friends orseno outdoor table and chairs. Replacement cost £3950...you have to buy the whole unit for one cushion (they are an odd shape). Other customers had called them before about the same issue but they say it is too hard to organise. I was told the action of my dog was beyond their control! Here's a hint. Find someone who can make these cushions locally (in the uk). Do something. This furniture is expensive and some customer care should occur re cushions rather than nothing.
***My response to yours. It was articulated to me that you had looked at the spares thing before and decided to do precisely nothing. You have confirmed that here with the caveat you may do something sometime in the future!

You forgot to mention the customer service manager didn't respond in the week I was told he would and had to be chased up by me. A bit "disingenuous".
I was told the only way to get a cushion from you was to buy another unit. I note you are not denying that that is in fact the case. Nobody mentioned going to an artisan to get it done but I don't need telling anyway. Who would?
I think I will resolve it seperately especially as your manager mentioned 6-12 month lead times. I do hope your Chinese supplier of these cushions follows the code of conduct you sent them. No doubt you will be checking to see if they are "sometime in the future"

I purchased a beautiful artificial Agapanthus plant after seeing it in a display in the Fulham Road branch of OKA. The staff were extremely helpful as I bought it off the website and had it delivered straight to my home.
The quality is very good and is mistaken for real by visitors.

Great experience. Everyone there is always so helpul, and one is always greeted warmly.
